My Story
Hi, I’m Sofie Lynn, a 17 years old baker living in Rocky River, OH. I was 12 years old when I developed severe health issues that led to a gluten and dairy intolerance. It was devastating to think my favorite hobby would never be the same - how can you make desserts without butter and milk?
Through trial and error, I found the perfect combination for an allergen-friendly solution to all the desserts I used to love! I created Sofie Lynn Bakery because I know how defeating it is to feel like you can’t do something you love. Thank you for giving me a chance to show off my creations and to prove that nothing can stand in the way of your passions.
